- new layout for every ACL entry-error in compare mode corrected

- inherit only ACEs where not correctly handled- directories are now marked as bold face

- errors corrected in csv-safe routine ( inherit and deny-flags   are also exported and crippled output in compare mode is  corrected )

- inherit only ACEs can be shown or hided- error removed: check whether entered direcotry is valid  produced errors although the directories where entered   correctly

- error removed: Closing a directory was done twice- scanstate window reworked: current directory is now put out by displaying text and no longer by setting the text in a   textbox.

- also if the directory does not fit in the window, the odd   letters are cut out in the middle

- during the scan, not only the directories are displayed in the scanstate window but also each 100th file to produce more output and to check more often if the cancel button is   pressed
